Computer Science

Antonio Moretti is a Roman Family Teaching and Research Fellow at Barnard College.  His research interests are in Bayesian inference and algorithms, including applications to computational biology.  He has developed a number of Bayesian methodologies for open problems in computational biology. To address these questions, his research has focused on the development of expressive statistical methodologies along with tractable inference algorithms for fast approximate inference on structured sequential data.

Antonio completed a PhD in the Computer Science Department at Columbia University. He also has extensive experience with industry applications of machine learning and data science.
